Just don't use the provided film, or maybe you do, your call
It fits like a charm. Easy assembly. The only con is not a con, but the product is a mirror, so naturally, you may feel slightly on edge when installing it because you're scared about breaking it. Oh, a real con is the protective clear film for the mirror. I absolutely hate it 😅. I appreciate the company's generosity and thought to provide the free accessory, but honestly, I don't like it. The film is rain repellent or any element repellent, lol, so you end up having this debris cover film, while the uncovered part of the mirror is good. Don't get me wrong, the film protects, but it's visually a nuisance if that makes sense at all. But not too much of a nuisance to lower the 5-star because, I mean, just don't put it on the car, right? Lol.

Perfect replacement for my 2013 Ford Fusion Energi. Simple to install. Good as original. Saved money by buying and installing it myself. Found a YouTube video on removing and replacing the mirror.

Fits perfectly
I purchased this for my 2019 ford vehicle and it fit perfectly. So instead of paying $700 to get my mirror fixed I only bought this and it’s way cheaper.

Fits 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid
Perfect fit. Has the heater and warning light connections. Only downside is it doesn't have the built in tint for nighttime driving like the factory mirror. (Knocked off 1 star for that).

Arrived with a scratch
Was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that they came with an anti-fog film for the glass, however, was very disappointed when I opened the packaging of the mirror and there’s a scratch, right center top of it. Not scratch on the glass itself. It’s a scratch underneath on the film, that’s reflective. I cleaned it clean it cleaned it and nothing. It’s an actual scratch underneath.

Fit and works perfect, don't know why Amazon said it would not fit my 2019 ford fusion, but I'm so glad I took a chance and got it anyway. It was easy to install and it works exactly as the original one did.
