Dimensions Needlepoint Kit, Dramatic Sunflower, 14'' x 14''

Old fashioned wool needlepoint. Most are cotton floss so chose this for the lovely crewel wool yarn.Cheery design, very easy to stitch on pre-printed canvas. Enjoying stitching mine!

This is my second Dimensions needlepoint kit. With the first not all colors were marked on the mesh and I ran out of thread and had to buy extra. But I thoughly enjoyed working the design and used my discretion in areas not marked. I plan on buy the two other flower designs.

I purchased a lighted magnifier. I STILL find it absolutely impossible to tell which color yarn I'm supposed to us. The colors of adjacent spots on the canvas look exactly alike. Each teeny tiny spot on the canvas looks just like the teeny tiny spot next to it. Oh sure it's possible to try to figure out what's what by looking back and forth between the diagram and the canvas, but you'll go crazy doing it.

Bought it for my girlfriend. Currently collecting dust in the den... she likes it but states it is a “winter project”... check back next spring to see how it turned out 😁

I think the hessian was damaged before I started working on it, but I thought the wool would give it support and strength, but it’s ripped.Please reply ASAP.I have bought a couple of tapestries from you and love doing them.I am very disappointed, this one has ripped07816 [email protected] Crawford
