You might have an older tub where a serving was defined as two scoops instead of the one scoop most consumers use. This change to the serving size was made when Facts Panels were updated to reflect new requirements.

No. It's a container not a bag.

It will be different depending on when purchased but I've never seen an expiration date less than a year on any tub or container I've bought. And it's usually an 128 month timeframe.
