L'ho preso per mia figlia, che soffre di dolori muscolari probabilmente causati dal mal assorbimento dell'acido lattico e a cui la pediatra ha prescritto magnesio per via orale. Questa cura verrà integrata con massaggi a base di questo olio, quindi si vedrà nel tempo. Per ora posso dire che la spedizione Prime è stata ineccepibile, il giorno stesso dell'ordine ho ricevuto un ebook con le indicazioni relative all'olio e consigli vari (56 pagg.) e a metterlo sulla pelle non irrita nè dà prurito. Per il resto, vedremo più in là...

Tried out of desperation and was pretty dubious, especially when it did sting (as warned by instructions). It is pesky to use as I have very sensitive skin and need to wash off after 1/2 and hour. Some days I can spray it all over, other times it stings more and can only use on feet and lower legs. BUT for me THE RESULTS ARE FANTASTIC! Struggled with twichting feet and terrible leg cramps for over 3 years. Despite previously being a heavy sleeper, my body is now trained to fly out of bed to move around as soon as the cramps start so I am usually avoiding the terrible pain of shin and small calf muscles or full thigh cramps that are so hard to relieve and leave me sore and 'bruised' sometimes for days, but still having to get up and walk about for 1/2 an hour or more in the middle of the night is not great. Add to that my feet 'twitching' and keeping me awake as I drop off my sleep has been bad. GPs had me on antidepressants and then SSRI's for tiredness and headaches as well as some courses of steroids. Sure they have their place, but they made me very ill with bleeding tummy, ulcers etc. Thanks to this spray, my sleep is much improved. Don't use EVERY night, but some times when I have missed it out I will be up in the night, I then apply it and get better sleep for the remaining night! Only once am I aware of having to reapply during the night. It is expensive, but as I can now look to getting back to work, it is worth it for me!

Parfaitement conforme à la description, envoi rapide et produit reçu en parfait état.Très bonne solution alternative à la prise de magnésium en complément alimentaire qui peut causer des troubles digestifs (diarrhée).Stoppe les crampes en 10 min maximum et pour les crampes nocturnes il suffit d'en mettre 10 min avant d'aller se coucher pour passer une nuit tranquille.

El producto es excelente, muy fácil de aplicar y además te envían una guía con carácter previo, totalmente informativa de sus cualidades y de cómo utilizarla maximizando las cualidades del producto. Me ha encantado y lo uso para la cabeza... etc., es un producto multiusos. Atentos con la foto que es solo un aceite si bien como lo exhiben para que se vea más claro, parece que son tres, pero es solo uno.Al margen de esa cuestión, una auténtica novedad en el cuidado personal, por lo menos para mí
