I’ve been using Isagenix off and on since around 2006! Used to do the whole program with the shakes but Cleanse for Life remains my secret go-to move for when I need to drop some lbs for an event to fit into a dress or kick start a diet. I don’t know if it’s snake oil and I don’t really care lol. All I know is that it works awesomely and you will drop some weight over 2 days of deep cleansing. If you did 5 days of healthy eating and calorie restriction sandwiched by 2 days of deep cleansing on either side, you can lose like 10-12 pounds, I’ve done it before. Best case scenario is that this stuff actually “cleanses”, worst (probable? Lol) case is that it has no real health benefits and just gives us enough vitamin B to take the edge off of a 2 day fast and giving your body a break from food. It also makes my skin GLOW. Here’s my little deep cleanse recipe for helping it go down easy and getting the most energy: 4 ounces cleanse for life + 1 ounce ionix supreme (v important) + water + tons of ice cubes + juice of 1/2 a lemon. I liked the berry flavored cleanse and think it assisted in balancing the digestion. To get a better evaluation I think a person needs to use the juice for several months to formulate a significant determination, which I have not done. I only consumed the one 32-oz. bottle, partly because I am limited on the amount of product equitable for me to purchase at the assigned price value. It is a pleasant product to ingest.

I purchased this product to do the 2 day cleanse. You can't eat anything for 2 days. You drink the juice 4 times a day mixed with water. It wasn't for me. I was to light headed and lethargic. I had brain fog so I had to eat something. I can't work that way. I ate healthy as usual but I didn't lose a thing so it was a total waste of money. It didn't "cleanse" me either. Meaning it didn't aid in expelling waste from my body. But it gave me the worst stomach cramps during the night. Total waste of money!

The old isagenix cleanse was nauseating but worked for weight loss so I paid the steep price and choked it down. This berry flavor is a great improvement! It’s been ten years since I tried isagenix. So far I am not seeing the same dramatic results but I’m only drinking an ounce a day due to the cost. I need to drink more daily and include intermittent fasting. to give it a better chance of working faster. Expensive but worked for me in the past

Taste is awful but better than the powder! Great performance! No weird effect on digestion.

I like it. I like the taste and I like the results of my skin and my body when I use it.
