I've tried a several other patches before came to this one and very surprised with results. First of all easy peels of the paper and stick very good to skin, and stays on for a whole day, even when I sweat a lot, still on the same spot. After removing it left some visual sign of it, which is normal, and disappear very quickly. Sometimes, when I know for sure, I will have a hard day, I am applying 2 of them . First you need to understand, this is not like a big can of red bull(and red bull also include B12), its more like a slow energy, gives you a good mood for a whole day, and its actually so strong, that my wife cant wear it whole day, to much energy for her, but she is 5.4 and 110lb, and I am 6.0 with 220lb. This can easily can help you to reduce caffeine intake, and wake up faster in the morning. I already bought 2 of them and will continue to use. Pics represents the mark after 10 hours on my skin.

I was struggling with being tired, groggy, and moody all the time. I always had a headache and just never felt well. I decided to give these a try because they aren't outrageously priced. On day one I noticed a small change. Very subtle. I wasn't tired. Day 2, I felt amazing! I got so much done in one day. This is day 3, my first day at work with one on. I feel awesome. I sit all day so I have a tendency to get tired quickly. I have been alert, focused, and got my work done. I hope these continue to work! I feel like a new person. They stay on all day. I don't have any issues with them peeling. They leave a slight mark after I peel it off, but it goes away quickly.

I have used these patches for years! Literally have recommended to numerous people including nurse practitioners and physicians. My most recent order I noticed a big change in packaging and then in the product!! The entire patch is a different material. It will not stick! It’s like the cheapest dollar store bandaid you can buy that won’t even stick to itself. I absolutely loved these patches and depending on them as I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and Epstein Barr. I can’t take B12 orally and these were a lifesaver for me. I literally wear two or three at a time. Now I will need to find a new product after YEARS of purchasing this same one. Very disappointed!! The pics reflect the former version and packaging on the right and the new on the left. A quick glance will show the difference. The quality of vitamins might be the same..I don’t know and can’t know because they won’t stick so therefore I can’t even see if that’s the same.

I work a 12 hour shift on nights where I only get about 4-4 1/2 hours sleep on my workdays , and I work in a very cold environment where I need to be very mentally focused, alert, and energetic in order to do my job effectively. The next night I applied one patch and the other half of the one I cut in two. I had energy galore, but felt edgy. Like my insides were extra tensed up... and wondered if the guarana or garcinia was to blame because vitamin b 12 doesn’t really effect me that way, it just gives me energy. I’d love to try a patch without those ingredients just to not have that feeling. Overall though, I was told by my boss that my efficiency was through the roof that night, and I told him I had an edge and told him about the patches. Now another coworker is wanting to give it a try. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to sleep after work, but 30 minutes after taking the patch off, I was yawning and tired enough to sleep. I was very impressed with how well this works, and it was keeping me alert and awake my whole shift. I’m a believer in this product. Application was a breeze, taking it off was a breeze, no issues other than the tense feeling where my core felt knotted up and I couldn’t relax. I’ll take that though than being sluggish and tired.

Since taking the Vitamin B-12 tablet or liquid, doesn't work well for me, I decided to give the patch a try. Glad I did! Excellent boost of natural energy without any jitters. These patches last all day without falling off. I'll keep purchasing them as long as they don't change the product. Unfortunately, on my next order, they change the patch to a thin bandaid plastic instead of keeping the mesh one. These fall off as soon as you start sweating. Go back to the nice thick mesh because these thin ones are not working.
