Great Fluorocarbon Line at a Budget-Friendly Price!
Great Fluorocarbon Line at a Budget-Friendly Price! I've been using the Berkley Vanish Fluorocarbon Line for a few seasons now, and for the price, it's hard to beat. If you're looking for a dependable fluorocarbon that won't break the bank, this is a great option. ✅ Invisible Underwater – True to its name, this line really does “vanish” in the water. It's perfect for clear water conditions when fish are being picky. I've definitely noticed more strikes compared to using mono. ✅ Good Abrasion Resistance – I've dragged this line across rocks, wood, and thick vegetation, and it holds up better than expected. It's not indestructible, but it performs well for the cost. ✅ Works Well as Leader or Main Line – I mainly use it as leader material for bass and trout fishing, and it handles knots and connections well. It’s stiff enough to hold shape but not so rigid that it’s hard to work with. ❗ A Little Stiff with Some Memory – Like many fluorocarbon lines, it does have some memory, especially in the heavier pound tests. If you're using it as a mainline, you might want to condition it or let it sit on your reel a bit to reduce that coil effect. 💲 Great Value – You’re not paying top-dollar here, but you’re still getting solid performance. It’s a great way to try out fluoro if you’re switching from mono or braid. Bottom Line: Whether you're a weekend angler or out every chance you get, Berkley Vanish gives you great performance at a fraction of the price of some premium fluoro lines. Not perfect, but definitely reliable and effective. I keep a few spools in my tackle bag at all times.

Decent Line for the Money That Will Land a Fish
Quality: This has been a good line on my downrigger rods. It has been strong enough to land some big fish and looks great in the water. The only issue I have had is the line memory, it definitely holds onto the reel shape after a while and without a barrel swivel will eventually develop a twist. With the barrel swivels it is mostly negated, at least regarding downrigger setups.

Great Line
I got this line for my bait caster for a trip to Canada and it performed flawlessly. I had no issues with backlash and the line was strong enough to handle some pretty big pike for 12# test line. I have had no issues with line twist or memory.

The best fishing line.
I love this fishing line. It's nearly impossible to see this line in the water. Super hard to break without scissors. Lightweight and plenty of fishing line for multiple fishing reels. I plan to keep this fishing line on hand.

Good affordable leader
I use it as leader material for 15 lb braid, holds up pretty good for inshore saltwater and freshwater although that's probably because 20lb is overkill for bass. Abrasion resistance seems solid, when I get cut off, it's because the braid usually got nicked on something. Only issue I've had is knot tying because it's fairly stiff.
