omg...ok I have to be really impressed with a product to write reviews and here goes!! I have been experiencing eczema flare ups more so on my face for the past year. as a fifty year old woman, I was looking like I had major break outs on my face and or without make up I could have easily looked like a heroin addict with the sores all over my face. I even popped a couple of capsules to apply to the sore spots and noticed within 48 hours a healing effect. now we know this is fish oil and hence the fish smell would be obvious when popping the capsule. but for what effects I have experienced, it was well worth it! search no further this is a miracle vitamin!!
