Perfect for bike packing weekend away. One sachet went a long way, providing generous application for 2 long days in the saddle. Smells lovely and convenient to carry while away from home.

Caution . Contains language used by menopausal women who cycle . Ladies. Yes !!! Makes long rides bearable. I put directly on cycle shorts without using Incontinence liner . as a 50+ mother of two I was worried . But , worked amazing .

Did not properly train for Europe bike trip, and brought this along just in case. Started using this after day 1 and had zero issues. Just reapplied multiple times a day. Was in very hot and humid weather and rubbed it everywhere down there in the front, back in the crack, down the inner thighs. The small packages are perfect for putting in bike jersey and lasted 1.5 days before needing to open new one. Will keep these on hand for bike rides, and long walks on those chub rub days.
