It was delivered to me with a drain battery so I thought it was damage item, I tried to put it in a charger but still not working so I conclude it is not working because normally a mini fan once you plug it in a charger it will work right away, but i had it charged for around 20mins then I noticed it is working.It's a good Item with a strong airflow. I will make this 5 star once it last long. I just received it today.
