How many times do you use a week?

I do 2-3 times a week but if you are new to this product then start with 1-2. I just love this one!

Why is the Prop 65 warning on this item? Which ingredient/s is/are flagged as part of the prop?

Natural ingredients extracted from the earth (in this case likely the silica and/or volcanic sand) have naturally occurring lead. These are usually present in insanely small quantities and the only way to avoid it is to purchase products made with synthetic ingredients. Prop 65 is a bit ridiculously over cautious in that companies are supposed to put a warning regardless of the actual content of lead.
