It's easy to take and I like it that it protects me from coughs and cold. The vitamin C which I don't get as I don't eat fruit everyday

The vitamin c capsules are comparable in size to others on the market. Sometimes they go down without too much problem, other times it takes a couple tries. But the taste. Oh my word, they taste awful. I'm sure it's the gel of the capsule itself that has that taste. Takes a good bit for the flavor to fade from your pallet. I always take these first then the rest of my medications to help wash the taste away. Other than the flavor, I have no complaints about these Vitamin C caps.
