Always opt company installation
The product worthy for its price & energy efficiency. The machine was making unusual sound& jerking. So I contacted the supplier thru Amazon (the problem was with the level of d pegs which is not the company’s fault). The supplier responded immediately & given advice by phone first .They came next day&rectified the problem. The technician was really helpful , satisfied with the product n service.

The machine vibrates excessively during the spin/drying cycle, which appears to be abnormal and may indicate a manufacturing or installation defect.

Only lasted 18 months, avoid buying Midea washing machines
The drum got complaint after 18 months of usage. As per the service center the store-bought washing machines will get 2 year warranty and Amazon products will only get one year warranty. The drum replacement will cost AED 225 labour plus a new drum from Midea company. I was quoted AED 480 from a private repairer including a new drum. Kindly avoid buying washing machines from Amazon as they reduce the warranty period and sell the items cheaply.
