Great value
I ordered a gosky diamond scope for black Friday. Then I cancelled it and ordered this one. They both arrived and I couldn't tell which was which. Anyway I returned one and got refunded and kept the other. One was definitely better than the other. I was going to spend a 1,000 but I'm glad I just got this. The phone attachment is good. I wish I had bought a better tripod for it though. I use it for spotting birds and it is great value. Nice carry bag and good small tripod for hides.

AMAZON refuses to comply with UK law regarding product warrenty !!!
On the fourth time of using the scope the focusing knob fell off, it was clearly a fault in the manufacturing. This can happen and is not the real problem. The real problem is that I only purchased this scope less than two months ago and under the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015 the retailer is required by law to either replace or repair this fauly item if the fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. AMAZON is the retailer as I purchased the scope from them but their customer service agent is refusing to honour UK law and is telling me to contact the manufacturer. But AMAZON are responsible and liable to me, not the manufacturer. Extremely poor customer service which is also unlawful.

Spend £50 and get the same optics. poor poor poor item.
This is a £50 scope at best, 20 x is good, not great 40x gets worse, and 60x is crap. I dont know why they included the crap tripod, not fit for purpose at all. can't recommend this considering the price.

The spotting scope was ok for the money. Unfortunately, the image brightness and sharpness at the edges is only according to the price. If there had been no dirt in the eyepiece, I would have kept the part, because the price would have been ok. for the performance. I think it is a pity that this has come as it now is. I will then after the whole unpleasant action buy a spotting scope with ED glass and am curious whether Gosky makes here makes as a good gesture an unbeatable offer for a Gosky ED 20-60x80mm. Otherwise, it will probably be another manufacturer with ED glass. I'm looking forward to hearing back from Gosky- if one comes. Addendum: Gosky has responded, sent a voucher and I ordered the spotting scope with ED glass. It costs a good 150, - € more, but it was worth it to me and the item is really better.

Very happy with this scope! The glass is really clear and it has a high end feel to it. Can clearly see holes in target at 200 yards shooting my 270. Works exactly as i hoped it would and then some. I would recommend this scope over more expensive brands. I just had a chance to use the phone adapter and it is such a cool feature! My old scope is 20 years old and I use to try and hold my phone up to it to get pictures of Elk through it. I can't wait to use this, today I had a great view of a bald eagle and that's what made me try the adapter. I am going to get some amazing footage of wild life with this set up!

Review of Gosky 2019 updated newest spotting scope that came with canon dslr and iPhone adapter. I bought the scope to shoot a few eagle nest and screech owl that I know location of. I saw a guy with this scope and he was able to reach all the way into the tree while where the screech owl was located with his iPhone than I could with $3000 camera and 100-400 mm sigma lens. The review below is for those interested in shooting the moon. I haven’t tested it out for birds but expect the same issues. The photos and videos I posted of the moon were all shot on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. See pics and videos I attached. It was extremely windy yesterday and I used a light tripod so I think the pics and video could have been sharper. This morning I realized that I had a old fotodiox adapter I used to attach my canon lenses so that I could use it with my Sony A7ii camera. I had no issues attaching the fotodiox adapter to my Sony A7iii and the included canon dslr attachment to the scope so now I can use all 3 of my cameras. I have not taken any shots of the moon with dslr or Sony camera. It was a nightmare due to the weight of the camera body and trying to find the moon while scope was in vertical position. The moon was way up in the sky. It was so easier with the iPhone since the iPhone was lighter so my tripod didn’t shake much and it it automatically focused the moon most of the time and was better quality. I shot the pics in raw in my camera and video in 60 frames a second. I did not edit or crop any of the pics or video. These are straight out of my iPhone. Yup it got that close to the moon. I had to zoom in on phone not to get the vignette. Cons: you need to be patient shooting moon. It takes time trying to find the moon on a tiny whole of the scope. Weight balance of dslr or Sony camera will cause a shaky video if you don’t have a sturdy tripod and ball head. . So use a sturdy tripod with a pan handle since earth rotates so you will need to slowly move the tripod ball head to line up the moon. To much movement and your back to being frustrated cause you need to find the moon again. Pros: worth the price Feel like a kid when you see how far it can reach Want to keep exploring more Want to travel with it everywhere I go just in case you want to know what is that way out there Clear picture during the day Maybe easier shooting still subjects like eagle nest. I plan on lining up the full moon with Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty with this scope to compare the ones I already shot with my Sony A7iii If you have any questions contact me on Instagram Musicman33us
