Great product..shipping a total failure

I’ve been using Amaco underglazes for years. It is an excellent product. The low rating is for the shipping which was a disaster. It was shipped in a bag and the lid came off and I was left with a bag of underglaze. The lid should have been taped and the jar should have been placed in a box. I got a refund but what a waste!
