Would i ruin this marker if i filled it with india ink?? india ink has shellac in it and dries waterproof

We haven't tried this in the 711-EM but I do not see why it wouldn't work. As the ink is quite thin it should flow well in this marker.

Will this work with pure mek? or will that destroy it?

I would not recommend for use with MEK.

Can this be used with latex paint?

It has not been tested with latex paint. It would depend on the viscosity. If you try it you may need to dilute the latex paint with water.
