The rod has a strong grip, hopefully it wont change in the comings days as we just put it on our shower.It was really good, exactly what the photos shows. So the hubs is happy with the purchase.

The rod is very sturdy and holds my kids’ clothes well. I planned to have my husband drill our cupboard and put a permanent rod but this product from Amazonbasics gets the job done so we didn’t need to drill anymore.

I am using it from 4 months, no complaints, as good as it looks and strong and sturdy, very practical.

GOOD METAL QUALITY. SOLID ASSEMBLY. SOLID SPRING FOR TENSION. END RUBBER GRIP DOES THE JOB. NICKEL FINISH GIVES A ELEGANT LOOK.

Holds well for light curtains but falls of if you hang 1 or two pieces of clothing.

Hold well. Decent quality. Looks quite well in the bathroom. Just a bit overpriced.

Bought it 2 weeks ago, kept falling off the first 2 days then was ok for sometime and started falling off again 2 days ago, wouldnt stick at all! Very disappointed!

It's sad that I'm having to write a negative review as I've been (mostly) lucky with my amazon purchases and do like to be as honest about a product as I can, good or not so good.The shower rail initially looks great, functions well and does what you'd expect it to do. So 5 stars for all of that.I have had the rail since Feb 2021 so just about 6 months and it has become rusty, unsightly and to be honest, quite embarrasing.I've uploaded a few photos to show what I mean.Maybe I have some weird toxic water in my house but on a serious note, I'm very disappointed in the longevity of this product.Hopefully Amazon will see the review and contact me but I've had to order a new one. Going for stainless steel this time as the nicol version isn't up to the task.This cost me £24 (may be more or less now) so wasn't super cheap but if you are thinking of buying it, don't put it anywhere that involves water/steam contact.

I purchased this pole for my kitchen window. We've just moved house and the kitchen is at the front of the building. I purchased some half net curtains to go with it.Originally I had purchased a different brand pole but it was awful so I returned it and found this one. I'm actually really impressed with this pole, it's very sturdy, nice to look at and it stays put! It really grips the wall well. I had put it in place and left it all day and night (without the net on as I was waiting for it to arrive) and when I came to take it down to thread the net on, I had to really compress the pole (the spring inside) to get the pole out the window. So it's very grippy 👏When I came to put the half net curtain on, I panicked a little as the holes wouldnt go over the ends but I found that one ends of the pole, pulls out (the cone shaped ending that grips to the wall. But only one of the ends, so if you try one and it doesn't come off, try the other. It was easy to pull off and easy to push back on when I had thread the net onto the pole).My window is 195cm long, the pole I had purchased before went up to 198cm but sagged baldy at the point where the two poles are joined. I don't know if this pole would sag if extended to full capacity but I would say to go a size up for the pole to stop this happening just in case.I'm super pleased with this pole and if I'm ever on need of another I would definitely buy one of these again. I highly recommend.Ps it's perfect for army quarters, no drilling, no holes, so not filling / tidying up needed to be done when you march out! (Yay!)

Très contente de cet achat. Reçu et installé aujourd'hui. Rideau acheté également sur le site. Impec. Même en tirant dessus car j'ai des petits, ça m'a l'air de bien tenir !Par contre colis arrivé à demi ouvert certains scotchs étaient coupés donc bon... Tout était dedans, c'est l'essentiel.

After 1 month the rod is fully rusted. The customer care gave a phone number to call the supplier cloud tail . The number is not working. My money is wasted for this cheap chineese item

It's very easy to put up - just twist it. And it has enough tension to stay in place. It doesn't leave any marks, so the aristocrat who owns you will not deduct a penalty from your deposit when he/she moves you on.
