I bought this as a trial to understand how resistance bands/tubes work, and to see if these are indeed effective. Good news - these are effective! and ideal for beginners, women, children, senior citizens and smaller built men Bad news - Big built men should try for a different set of resistance bands, since these can break. My Yellow band snapped. THIS IS VALUE FOR MONEY! and a GOOD TRIAL since one doesn't burn much money I will be going for a heavier set of resistance bands henceforth.

Very desapointing
This product doesn't fullfil the expectations, materials are very cheap, the hooks looks like is gonna break and the rubbers have the same resistance, only change the colors, very desapointing, I just opened the box a few days ago, and I'm no longer able to return it
