u can see the improvement with consistent application, I didn't expect it to be effective but I can say maybe 30% it does improve the appearance of the skin

Did nothing
You might as well just use vicks if you want the burn sensation. It has no affect I am daily gym guy with natural food diet all the time no soda or fast food no extra carbs i walk 1 hour a day and it didn't even do half of a cm affect on my body .. useless maybe for me

Burn your cellulite while you sleep
I didn't believe in this kind of product but I wanted to give it a try. After 10 days of use, my thighs especially the area around my knees seemed really leaner and my skin was so smooth.
