Ballet Shoes

I read this as a child, and now my 8 year old loves it too (and she doesn't always have patience for older or more serious/slower paced books). These books are timeless.

My 10-year-old daughter enjoyed this book. She’s always wanted to be an actress, so this book was perfect to see what people sometimes must do to become one. She couldn’t stop reading so I knew it was a good book. One of her favourite actresses played Pauline in the film so I bought it thinking she would like it and she did.

I bought this book as a gift for my neice and it arrived fully sealed in plastic wrapping so it really was in pristine condition. I couldn't ask for more!

I read this first many years ago, and when we recently saw the film version decided to buy the book. Money well spent, I enjoyed it. My husband also enjoys reading children's books so he will read it too.
