Wish i checked the reviews beforehand as this seems to be a common issue. The shop advertises that they are the freshest and best quality flowers but when they arrived they looked like they were already dying. Unsure how long they have been in a box for but had no water in the bottom to even keep them hydrated. Majority of the flowers had brown marks to show that they were not in the best condition and dry. Really unhappy with the quality and picture is so misleading. No mention on the description that it doesn’t come with the box. Flowers smaller than expected and managed to find better looking ones at a local supermarket for 1/4 the price.

First order arrived damaged from heat but the seller quickly replaced the order and flowers were beautiful, im happy and so is the recipient, iv ordered from here a few times so was happy that they were replaced and will be happy to use this seller again

Flowers arrived an were starting to die as no water to keep them hydrated..look like they've been in box for cple of days didn't arrive when they were supposed to.Edit. However the seller did get back to me and have issued us with a replacement bunch which is all you can ask for in the situation so fair play to them.

Don't bother, definitely dont recommend from here. Really Tiny amount of flowers for over £20. And one was wilting/brown.I bought 2 bouquets as Mother's day gifts and only one arrived meaning I had to go out and purchase another bouquet anyway.

UPDATE: Although the review that was originally posted (below), the flowers that were okay to keep have lasted EXCEPTIONALLY WELL, it has been THREE WEEKS since they were delivered and most of them are still okay.Although well packaged in a strong box (that had no damage), the item itself had some damage, either in transit or whilst being packed - SIX stems had no flowers & the flower heads were loose in the box, very disappointing.
