Bought as Xmas present for 6 yr old grandson - he has read a couple at school and is obsessed with fairies - he loves these books and is very happy with his gift!

Got this for my granddaughter, it's a great set, she loves the stories.

Amazing collection of books for girls. My 6 years old is loving the series and her reading skill improved drastically within a few weeks as she just want to continue on reading book after book. It helps that most of her friends know rainbow magic and she can talk about. Perfect size to carry in a back that nice additional to do during waiting time at a restaurant etc ad well.

My daughter aged 5 discovered these at school and enjoys the books read to her, such a good price and we will be adding to the collection.

Wonderful collection of books for my daughter to enjoy. Really like that there is a few special seasonal triple story books. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Wonderful price for what is included, not much more to say than we are both super pleased.

If you want something that can be familiar to read to your little girl at night these are ideal. We originally got the first couple of books as a random book at a car boot sale. I read them and my daughter (6 years old) was absolutely fixated with them. The chapters lengths are a good length for you to read to your kids at night, I usually read 2, maybe 3 chapters each evening depending how tired I am. My daughter actually squeals with excitement sometimes with these books! Of course, now I've bought nearly all of them through Amazon, and we are about a quarter of the way through the entire series (100+ books in the entire series). The language is clear enough that she also has a good go at reading some herself (she is a learning reader). I'm pretty sure these books have helped her and often start reading a book, only to be told that she knows what happens because she already read it! The only complaints I have is that each time you start a new book they go over the entire plot of the series so far and although I know this helps beginning readers if the books are read with a long period of time in between, it gets a bit repetitive for a parent starting a new book every few days - even my daughter asks if we can skip that bit because we already know it. I also think that the writers could come up with some other ideas for the antagonists of the books, Jack Frost's goblins could be replaced by something else sometimes! Grammar and correct spelling - Nothing to note here. In the 25 or so books we've read so far I only found one sentence repeated. If you are a parent that will be reading these - take my 4* rating. I think from my daughter's point of view it's 5* though. I've only knocked it down because of the couple of points above.

Brilliant book set for my little bookworm. My daughter has always enjoyed rainbow magic books and when this collection was less than half price I knew it would be a hit. Half way threw and she is happy with them and always looks forward to reading most evenings. Highly recommend.

My 6yo loves these books and it has seen her reading improve a huge deal. We read a chapter at bedtime with the deal that she reads the first page or two of each chapter and she will often read by herself to see what happens next! Very formulaic stories which children love, not scary but with enough 'oh no, what will happen next?!' to keep her interested. Really really lovely idea and so glad I got them.

Great for any reader! My daughter can’t get her hands on enough of these books. I’ve been all over the internet trying to scoop up as many books by Daisy Meadows as possible!

Such a fantastic set!!!! Highly recommend to get your child to love reading. At the end of each book is a preview of the next book, keeps them interested to keep reading!
