This is the perfect hair paste in my opinion. I've been using it for about 2-3 years. The texture looks natural, and the hold lasts all day in business / casual environments. For sports, I'd recommend something else, as excessive sweat breaks down the paste and it can be an eye irritant.

Good stuff! Holds like wax but goes on like a paste. Best stuff if you don’t want the wet look, deal with chunks of wax, and not work. Work incredibly well!

What a wonderful hair product for men. Redkin Work Hard Paste is more like a "lotion" consistency rather than a paste. Application is easy and for those with thick hair, it's a must. This product does not leave your hair sticky or stiff, you can comb right through it. Work hard paste keeps your hair looking healthy all day with a manly fragrance. Due to the amount needed, it is a great value; highly recommended!

I like clay type, moldable hair products that hold the hair medium and lasts the entire day. It also should allow movement of your hair to reform if needed and should definitely not harden and break. This performs almost perfectly. It doesn't feel or look like a clay but it performs a lot like one with my main gripe being that the product tends to separate within the bottle so that if you don't try to shake it before use, it will squirt out water type consistency product. Easy solution, shake the bottle before use.

My husband and sons love this product. It has a manly scent and works great for a tosseled look. It's doesn't give a shiny or greasy look unless you use too much.

I have fairly short straight hair, and I wanted a product to hold well without drying crunchy like gel or sprays, and not have such shine that makes it looks wet. This is a perfect mix of a nice matte finish to make it look dry with great hold. And it dissolves in water very easily. A quick rinse of your head and it pretty much disappears, if you don't have time to wash your hair. It's a bit expensive for a hair product, compared to your standard grocery store kinds of products, but a deal compared to high end products. It lasts quite a long time, a few months of using daily because you need so little, that it's well worth the cost.

My husband has been using this same product for years, however it use to come in a pump. This is the first time he has bought it in the tube and it is sometimes watery. I'm not sure why, but it seems this is a common complaint in the new form of packaging. This is why I only gave it 3 stars because of the consistency now
