The resistant bands are very durable and good quality. The each of the bands are labelled their resistance. It came with a small bag to put the bands in. It also came with a booklet that shows you different exercises you can do with the bands.

Bands themselves= great colour, movement, stretch, colour and pattern. Whose bright idea was it have a giant sharp and rough logo on the bands!?!?! logo material is rough, the stitching to attach them to the bands are scratchy, I'm losing skin over here!!! bad bad design flaw. watch out!

The media could not be loaded.  I love these bands! They feel amazing on the skin (no itching or rubbing as compared to rubber bands I have used in the past). You can tell the quality is really good. The little booklet is very handy to get started with and the different strength of bands give plenty of options to make the workout challenging enough. The cute colours and carry bag are a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend.

They have such great quality and look amazing.The three strength types are perfect because you can choose for different workouts the right band and improve your workout level.Very practical is also a nice bag where everything fits easily inside and is ready to go.I love the exercise booklet, it is small, so it fits easily in the bag as well and it's easy to understand with the picture examples.Now, I can improve my workout even better. I searched a long time for the right bands and I found them with these.Happy about my choice =)

These bands are awesome. I have been using them for some months and they are great, the resistance levels are just perfect and are very easy to carry around. The price is very reasonable for such a good quality product. Packing is very nice and fancy too.

The long resistance bands are the same great quality as the booty bands I had ordered before. They're really tidy to pack away and so convenient for travelling.
