This has quickly become my preferred rash guard. The fabric quality and moisture wicking are top quality.Cons:- Sizes run a little smallI’m right on the cusp of the size chart and typically wear an XL in other brands. If this is your case as well, order a size up.- Even in a XXL the neck was a little snug, but not super-uncomfortable.Pros:- Sweating is my super-power, and the moisture wicking with this rash guard is next level.Rolled for > 1 hr and was mostly dry in about 5 min, where other rash guards usually aren’t dry in over an hour.- Perfectly fitted.I’m no Adonis, and this was really comfortable to wear. It fits close to the body and offers a nice layer between you and the Gi.- Stayed in place. The longer body and snug hem on the rash guard keeps it in place and didn’t ride up at all.Easily the best rash guard I’ve worn. I have Gold BJJ Gis and short and am continually impressed by the quality, durability, and customer service.

Needed a long sleeve rash guard and ordered some chepo’s from Amazon. They were way to thin to even bother with and were returned. I came across the Gold and figured I’d give it a shot. First Impressions: veryyy thiccc. You get what you pay for here much thicker than the cheap options. Stitching also seemed great and was flat. The underarm mesh panels were nice and well placed. I also liked how high and tight the neck was it’s no turtle neck but tight enough where I’m not worried about having someone rip it by accident. The length was also good and on the longer side which I prefer. Now the only down side to me was the sizing. For scale I am 5’7 155/160 and muscular. I could barley get the thing over my shoulders it literally took 5 minutes to put on and it got like a straight jacket. The cut seems to suit skinner lanky guys better. I’ll be returning the Medium for a Large. Overall a lot of quality for the price.

Overall, great rashguard. It arrived in slick packaging that made me feel like a prince.I've rolled in it dozens of times since receiving it, and it has held up nicely. I even bled all over it at one point, and the blood washed out of the material great.It seems to fit on the slightly tighter side, so I am glad I ordered 1 size larger. It fits nice, and has worked well in the gi and when I am rolling no gi.The rashguard works great, and I look forward to seeing how well it holds up over the long term.

Gold always puts out good products and I was happy to find their short sleeve Foundation rash guard is just as high quality as their other products. I've owned their Calavera and Aeroeweave gis, but this is my first rash guard from them. It is silky smooth yet is substantial enough to be durable under stress. It keeps me cool and relatively dry after hours of drilling and rolling and I find myself pulling this rash guard out to wear under my gi more than any other. I'm a fan of simple, clean designs and Gold, for me, hit the nail on the head. The rash guard feels premium and looks sharp. I'm very impressed with the product and I can't wait to see what they design next!

For starters I wear a large in other compression shirts this one I ordered the XL and it fits perfect. Order based off the size chart. I am 6’2” 200-205 lbs. the long sleeve fits perfect. First impression is the rash guard is solid construction. The material is nice and the mesh under the armpit does breathe. I have rolled in this under my gi and in no gi class. The sleeves do not ride up. The length is just right to not roll or bunch up at the waist. I like the feel of this one better than my Fuji rashguard. I have the gold shorts and a couple aeroweave gi’s I really like the products that gold puts out and this one does not disappoint. I am gonna get a short sleeve one next and can’t wait to move up in rank to get a different color.

Fits great, looks great, seems durable. The color looks better in person (mines purple). I'm 5'10" and about 160 lbs and I got a medium and it fits great. Not too tight or too long or too short. Totally worth the money over the super cheap rash guards on Amazon, of which I have a few. I have 2 gis, a gi belt, 2 pairs of spats and now this rash guard from Gold BJJ, and they are all well made and fit me perfect.

The rashguard appears to be very well made. There was extra stitching for reinforcement throughout the shirt, which is very nice. The material appears to be thicker than my previous rashguards. The size (L) ran a little tighter than other rashguards that I have purchased in the past. I had to reorder a size up (XL), and the chest fit; however, the arms and torso were long. I'm satisfied with it so far and will see how it holds up after several more washes.

I’m 5’2 and weight roughly 120lbs. I bought an XS and fits really well. I still thought it was still going to be a little big because it’s men size, but no. Fits perfect. Not too tight and not loose. I love the material and super comfortable. I recommend 🤙
