I take one after my main meal with water, the tablet is easily swallowed or you can crush with a spoon. I have taken lots of multivitamins over the years. I first heard about this brand when a friend was in the Caribbean on vacation and it was recommended to her. I trust the products from Europe since they are strict on quality. My hands and feet were always very cold no matter the season. I constantly wore socks especially at night before going to bed, and slept with a bonnet. I must say at this time, I’m not experiencing any cold hands or feet. I have also taken the Feroglobin B12 in between. What was different from other products is I did not experience any discolored urine, which attest to the fact that there was no artificial coloring.
