Pros- easy to swallow. These are smaller than many multivitamins. They have a slightly unpleasant smell but I take them with food so there is no aftertaste.- the packaging is easy to open. This obviously could be a drawback if you have kids so you will need to keep the packet out of reach. However, these are perfect if you struggle to open vitamin bottles that have screw tops or childproof tops.Cons- these don't contain as many minerals as the 'complete' vitamins that you can buy so do check that they contain everything you need.

We take supplements in this house just because we may as well try and get some of the bits and pieces we may miss in our diet. Pretty much like these 'Multivitamins & Iron Supplement' from Get More Vits. They have pretty much everything that your average adult will take in a day, but you made need one or two more tablets to over other areas.The good thing about these tablets is that they have a lot in a small pill so are easy to swallow. They are also vegetarian friendly, which will make them more universal, but they do have a slight earth taste to them. As you should be swallowing them, and not allowing them to linger on the tongue. This is not an issue. With 90 in a packet, you get three months' worth of cover, which I always like. Buying a new pack every few weeks in a pain.

You get some of the key daily vitamins in these tablets, as well as a few minerals too. The tablets are easy to swallow, and have no nasty taste, or after taste.During these times, with so many stuck at home, and especially in the middle of winter, it is a very good idea to take a vitamin, and mineral daily supplement. These tablets cover the basics, but do not contain as broad a spectrum as other tablets, and many of those tablets can be purchased at a similar price.On the plus side these are manufactured in the UK, and are suitable for vegetarians, but not vegans apparently. So, you can guarantee this is a quality product, whereas some you might see are sourced from abroad, and may not be.Under £8 for a three month supply is still a small price to pay, so I do recommend these. However please note, they are not suitable for children, or pregnant/breast feeding ladies.

These are easy to swallow. There is a little bit of an aroma but hardly any taste or aftertaste. The packaging is good especially as it doesn't take up much room.The content is quite comprehensive without being fully comprehensive so you might have to take additional supplements alongside this.

These contain the basic Vitamins you need, quite small as some tablets go so easy enough to swallow not much else to say about them, you can see in the ad pictures what they contain so if it's what you want then all good.

Easy to take, quite small tablets and with a fair range of vitamins, these tablets are a useful supplement. Be aware that the tablets do not include some minerals, there is no zinc, magnesium, etc. but they do include iron. Many of the included vitamins give a full day’s recommended dose in one tablet, the exceptions being vitamin C (75%), vitamin E, (56%), niacin (63%), and biotin (6%). My diet is lacking in B7 (biotin) so will have to take an additional B7 supplement when taking these vitamin tablets, but for most people they will probably meet their vitamin needs. The tablets I have just received have a shelf life of 18 months, which is excellent as I can keep a couple of boxes in hand so I don’t have to order frequently.
