This is very helpful for my health and planning to purchase this for a longer period of time.

I been take it everyday and 30 mins before my workout , for the first several day my heart rate is so low when I do cardio, but when I start with my Keto diet, the heart rate back to normal while I work out ..Not really lose any body fat, guess it is long term thing, the flavor is not bad as I think... May change another brand see the difference after this one.
