What an ordeal. Bought two and when inserted the printer didn't work at all. No ink inside. Been travelling so probably too late to return them!

The the toner cartridge not working
I bought the cartridge from this reseller and once the current one in the printer finished, I placed the new one bought which worked for just few days and after that the printer started giving me an error and after searching for that "supply memory error" indicating that the printer is not able to connect to this toner and the recommendation is to get new one from authorized HP reseller... knowing that this is not the first time to buy it from Amazon but it is the first time to buy it from this reseller!!!

The product information was not clear about cartridge "44A" not being compatible with my HP printer. I should have bought a "48A." I would have returned it but the "return window" quickly passed. If the seller contacts me within 60 days of this review I will gladly return it for a full refund. Then I will change my review to 5 stars.
