Easy to release and tie down wheelchair. I’m not transporting a passenger in the wheelchair, so I used available points to tie down. I would have drilled holes in the floor of the van if I were to have the wheelchair occupied.I just wanted a high quality, safe and secure way to keep my chair from shifting around.
