Q: Do these connectors fit and work on 2 Summer 3D one strollers?

They work on an ordinary umbrella stroller. If this has the same kind of rounded side pieces, it will work.

Q: Will this work if I try to join a graco double stroller (the kind where the seats are stacked on each other) and a summer infant umbrella stroller?

I am not 100% certain but I found that these connectors would work best for 2 of the same type strollers due to where the connector connect. I don't think they would be sturdy enough to provide a smooth ride especially with the 2 different type of strollers you are trying to connect.
