I’ve had the system now for several months and I am totally satisfied both with the system and the customer service. The instruction on how to operate it are a little vague but if you just jump in and explore for yourself it’s not that hard. The set up was pretty easy and the apps work very well. I had an issue with one camera that was sticking between night and day so during the day it had a slight tint and after contacting they’re customer service and doing what they told me to do which didn’t help I had a new camera in 3 days. Night vision is great with clear videos and great view. I previously had another system that was way more complicated to use and although it lasted years I’m more satisfied with one and its operation. It asks constantly about cloud but it’s not as annoying as some reviews I read. I would recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a system that you don’t have to pay a subscription on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy with these cameras so far. The image quality is clear, even at night, and the Wi-Fi connection has been stable. The AI human detection works well and reduces false alerts, which was important for me. Installation was straightforward and the system feels solid and reliable. Great value for the price.

I purchase the 8 camera extended WIFI system a year ago. I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical of what I would receive for the price, however, I have been pleasantly surprised. The system came with 8 cameras the NVR and subscription free playback. Note that the cameras I purchased required a powered connection though the communication method is wireless. For me, this was not a limitations. I was able to locate 2 of my cameras ~60ft, around the outside of the house from the power source, using a separately purchase 3.5mm power cable. The system has performed extremely well. The picture quality and night vision are excellent. The cameras are aluminum cased and well suited for outdoor use. My NVR is located ~40ft away, thru several walls, from the farthest camera with no signal issues. Understanding that I "did not" purchase a PIR system, it has some motion detection limitations but nothing unexpected. Because pixel motion detection cameras compare the change in pixels from one frame to another, spiders/webs and other insects can cause motion detection. Be prepared to keep the cobwebs in-check to reduces false detections. The NVR 24/7 recording capabilities is a plus and, as noted, comes with "Zero $ Subscription" for playback via the App. I have since added a PTZ camera to my system as well with seamless integration. For sure, I have encountered some equipment issues but every interaction with customers service has been surprisingly excellent whether asking about configurations, equipment upgrades or issues. I had one camera fail after ~8 months but with one email to customer service it was replaced within a few days. In conclusion, the cost to performance of this system has been outstanding. Anyone looking for a good multi-camera home surveillance system will do well with an OOSSXX system. Highly recommend!

This is not a surveillance system by what I can tell. It takes about 2 seconds of video than its like you hit the pause button for any where from 20 seconds to 4 or 5 minutes than another 2 or 3 seconds of video than pause again and this just keeps going on. I’ll go out to get my mail and come back in and see me out side in freeze motion till it does another 2 or so video than freeze again. That’s why I’m saying it’s not a surveillance system. I can actually hear cars drive down the street but almost never see the cars. I’ve had UPS drivers deliver packages but all I see is one second nothing is there than the next second a package appears, never seeing the truck or driver. If they correct this issue I’ll update if not I’ll let this stand. So far they have been no help at all. They just have me jumping through hoops.

I’ve been really happy with my OOSSXX Wireless Security Camera System overall! One of the biggest selling points for me was the ability to record, download, and playback footage without having to pay for a monthly subscription—huge win! The built-in 60-day storage gives me peace of mind, and setup was surprisingly easy. The 2K picture quality is crystal clear—day or night. It picks up even small details and does a solid job with motion detection, especially the AI human detection, which helps cut down on false alerts from cars or pets. However, I did notice that only one of the cameras picks up audio, and there’s no two-way communication feature, which is a bit disappointing. I would’ve loved the ability to speak through the system, especially for front door interactions or deliveries. Even with that minor limitation, this system is still a great value. If you want reliable video coverage, solid storage options, and no extra monthly costs, this setup does the job well.

Exceptionally easy to set up and use. Literally plug and play and WiFi LAN access as well as Ethernet is a great benefit. New cloud-based remote interface is very easy to use, and clarity of images are great on both phone and laptop. Bought 3 (x 4 camera systems) to replace earlier versions. Will be buying more to extend coverage around both home and business. Exceptional value for money and always I have enjoyed great customer service from the OOSSXX team.

Very easy to set up, picture is very clear. The playback function is easy to use, and although i've only had it for a short period of time, it seems to record all the motion I need. I've connected to my phone as well as a TV. Monitor and both work seamlessly. Excellent purchase for the price!
