This stuff is great to use on a daily basis especially if you workout a lot. I love these smell and my legs feel more time when I use it frequently. I highly recommend this product. I just wish it was less pricey.

This is one of the best and least expensive firming cream lotion I used it while I used to compete for men physique and the NPC's and now I'm in a bulking season and I use it around my waist and then I wrap my waist with the trimming belt And do my daily cardio. But I also use a little bit around my thighs and arms and waist and abdominal area while I work out and it's been a great help to burn the fat in my body of course not to forgot to mention having a strict diet and doing cardio three days or four days a week 30 minutes to 45 minutes fasted cardio in the morning or after work out in the evening.

I have been using this lotion for over 10 years but with my recent weight loss, I bought more to help me with elasticity issues. Unfortunately a couple of the bottles seems to be just regular lotions, didn’t feel the heat at all. This lotion is too expensive not to work.

Really does work on cellulite. I used it on just my right hamstring and right lower buttocks for a month and my cellulite went away and that was 9 years ago. I just started using again because I have gained 10lbs and my right leg still barely has any cellulite. My left leg is way worse. I started using again twice a day and wearing neoprene workout pants to help with absorption. Its so thick a small amount goes a long way. You must use 2xs a day and results will take a month for dramatic improvement.

I use amilean for all my contest preps. It’s not greasy like sweet sweat and does not irritate my skin like abs of steel. It produces great heat and works great with a waist trimmer or sauna vest.

The media could not be loaded. I am not sure if this works or not. But, it’s impossible to get the lotion out of the bottle. I have take the pumper out and use my finger to get it. It’s beyond annoying. When I do use it I have a slight burning sensation. Which I would like to believe it’s working. However, getting it out of the bottle is the most frustrating part.I usually have to use two hands but the video I had to use one. But you get it.
