Elmer's Disappearing Purple School Glue Sticks.21 oz, 6 Pack (E1560)

When I ordered them I didn’t get the disappearing purple it was the normal white one.

I've been out of the stick glue game for about 25+ years. Now that my little one is in school, I see that there have been some improvements. I like that it starts out purple and goes clear when it's dry. I also like that it isn't "gummy" after it dries. Really good price for a quality product in my opinion. Would definitely buy again.

I don't know what sort of glitch Amazon was having to offer a six pack of glue sucks for 99 cents, but I bought 3 of them:) This really is the best glue for kids for a number of reasons. -Generic glue sticks just do not have the adhesive power that elmers glue has. Trust me, I'm very cheap and I've tried all of them! LOL -when choosing between liquid glue and glue sticks for a children's project, most of the time choosing the glue stick is a no brainer. It's much less messy and dries much faster. Anyone who's ever been within a one mile radius of a kid knows that patience is not one of their strengths! -I love that when you apply glue from this stick, it has a purple hue to it. VERY smart Elmers! This way the kids can see where the glue was used so they won't use more than necessary. And when the glue dries, it dries clear so the color doesn't affect their final masterpiece. Now, Elmer's just needs to come up with a way to make the kids put the caps back on the glue stick when they're done using it, and I'll be one happy mama!
