Used this on my inside evaporator coils. It does the job. I think it could have done better as there was still quiet a bit of junk at the top this didn't get off. Also they need to make it to spray upside down. It's too tight in some areas to spray while holding upright

This stuff works just as the reviews claim. No chemical smell and no mess. Highly recommend.

I have two split heat pump systems. I purchased this foam to clean the indoor evaporator. I previously cleaned the outdoor compressor units with a different foam product. I prefer this brand however. The unit is about 7 feet above the floor, I placed a table beneath it and made a water catch basin out of carboard lined with plastic. After spraying the unit and waiting 10 minute I used a water pump hand held spray bottle to water rinse the unit. There was dirty water and many particles being rinsed with the water. I believe a rinse must be used to obtain the cleaning. I have another foam container on order for the second indoor unit that needs to be cleaned.

Works okay enough. But it was difficult to aim between the grill on my window unit AC in order to hit the indoor coils. If you miss and hit the grill the foam immediately expands to block your shot, preventing the foam from reaching deeper.It did work and now my AC smells fresh though.

May not be completely rinse-free as the can lists "rinse with a garden hose". However, the clean is incredible even without it. (I rinsed with a commercial spray bottle)
