Almost perfect
If it was just a little bit longer like the pro it would get 5 stars

Quite expensive but worth it
Really well balanced and so comfortable to use for a long time.

Hits All Stars
It's kind of flagship experience. I was not imagining, there is quality luxury in terms of drawing experience with this pencil. Simple it's fun to drawing with this pencil. Amazing.

Accept no substitutes: the real deal
Clearly quality design and function built to last. Don't scrimp to save a few pounds by buying a cheap clone. This will last a lifetime.

Great colour pencil and built to last
I do like buying things that look like they have the potential to last a lifetime and this is a robust pencil with all-metal externals and minimal plastic inside. The colour is really nice with a dark green/olive hue that’s professional looking enough for work and different enough that it’s not likely to be confused for anyone else’s pencil. To be honest I think the only thing that’s going to stop me using this pencil is if someone “borrows” it for an extended time.

Quality feel, nice balance and great to write with
Seen this on offer and sucummbed to the temptation! It is pricy but when it is on offer it is ideal.I like Rotring pens/pencils and I find that they are nice to write with. The only problem I have had with previous pencils is that the nib mechanisim seems to fail with me. Bit early for this one but I'm hoping the 600 works with no issues and lasts me a long time. The pencil is all metal and has a nice weight/feel to it with the weight more towards the nib. The gnarled surface at the nib end is just the right size when holding it. I bought the 0.5mm which I prefer to write with.At the other end it has a rotator selector for different types of lead; 2H, 4H, 2B, B, HB, F, H. I guess you select these depending on the size of lead you end up putting in it.I bought the green, it is quite dark which is great - could be describes as a forest green?I liked it so much I ended up buying a 600 pen to go with it.

This is fine and well balanced pencil.
This pencil feels comfortable in the hand and has a touch of class. The one drawback is that the sleeve that holds the lead is not retractable and so makes carrying the pencil in a pocket difficult. I also suspect that if the pencil is dropped the lead sleeve is the one bit that would get bent or broken and quickly render the whole pencil inoperable,

Don't drop it.
Yes, this is a nice mechanical pencil, but I've dropped it several times and there is no cap on the very vulnerable tube that guides the lead. I've managed to straighten it a few times, but, well... Hmmm. A bit heavy in the hand too, so I'm going to find another brand that works better for me. (Might even just get a pencil sharpener...)
