Item showed up a mess
The package arrived in a plastic shipping bag which had no damage at all. When I opened the bag the snow globe and base were rolling around. There was a box that at one time held the snow globe but the box was flattened and the snow globe was broken off the base. Luckily, the globe is plastic so it wasn’t broken. I was able to glue the globe back to the base but for $30 I shouldn’t have had to do that! The water also has gunk floating around in it. Not happy with this purchase at all!

Poorly made product using cheap materials
Poorly constructed using cheap materials. The fake wood base popped off of the globe as soon as it was removed from the box. The fluid inside of the globe was cloudy and had chunks of dirt-like debris floating in the globe. Posting this review with pictures so the seller can see what was shipped to me.

Disappointing product - Bad customer support
The product had a manufacturing error and the base was glued down uneven.Amazon wouldn't allow me to exchange the item or contact the 3rd party seller. The item went up in price so returning and re-purchasing is not cost efficient.

When I got, the bottom was already worn out and there was a dent in the side. You’d think I bought a used product.
