It feels somewhat smaller than regular 1 inch iron that I’d used. It heats up fast but doesn’t feel as hot as my other iron, so just need to set at higher number. It feels sturdy, specially the cord connection, it rotates well, so the cord doesn’t twist as much as cheaper ones.If you use it correctly, the non-splitted side to the outside of your hair and splitted side under your hair, then it will leave your hair shinny. If you use it the other way, it doesn’t style well.I like it so far, but not sure if it’s worth the price yet.

I love Vodana products. I really do! Especially their curling irons. However, I was disappointed when I received my package today because it came pre-opened (safety seal had been cut), the box was all beat up, and the straightener looked like it had been used. No protective coverings in place or anything. I paid for the full price for a brand new item, not for an open-box/used item. Really unhappy with this experience.

I bought this because of the Kdrama True beauty and let me tell ya that it didn’t disappoint at all . I love it with all my heart and it is truly the best straightening iron I have ever bought .

My wife loves this and this brand is well known in the Korean market. I highly recommend this over the other generic ones out there. Very sturdy and irons really well and curls well too! The pastel color is really nice too!

Normally, I've had great shopping experiences with Amazon, but this one was truly a headache. First and foremost, this flat iron is a FIRE HAZARD. For the first couple of weeks, it worked well, but one day smoke started coming off from the head of the iron. I immediately contacted Amazon's Customer Service team since my return date had slightly passed and I couldn't initiate a return. The CS agent helped me contact the seller, but they never responded. Afterward, the CS agent I spoke with failed to follow up and never responded to my messages. I tried again and spoke with another CS agent, but she connected me with a department that was unreachable. Eventually, I gave up, and the only thing left for me to do is to inform prospective customers about this issue. The entire experience was a mess.

Flat iron came undamaged, however it did not come with an adaptor or a USA cord.

I own the straightener for 6 months, used it less than 5 times and it stopped working. It doesn’t heat up anymore.
