I bought this grip strengthener after I lost a different wrist strengthener I had beforehand. This item is waaaayyyy better. The indents for your fingers and adjustable tension make it very comfortable and easy to adjust to your needs. Very pleased with product.I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 just because the adjustment wheel to change the hand size at the top of the product is a little bit hard to use and hard to turn. It is still pretty easy to use, but if the cog gets stripped it will be nearly impossible to adjust the hand size. Other then that, which is very nit picky this product has been amazing.

Done about 283,000 squeezes (setting 2) on DoMore over the past 8 months. I use it on my walks, so 283K is fairly accurate (give or take 5K). The setting wheel is a bit of a pain so after a couple of month bought another one ( had no "DoMore" painted on top so it's probably a knock-off). Set it to 3 and it use it on shorter walks. 132K squeezes so far. I've bee using hand springs for over 50 years and these are most durable. Probably because the spring is squeezed rather than pulled apart as on most other models. If you don't want to pinch skin occasionally, file it inside - as on pic2.

This item seems well built and works great. It seems a little slippery, but that hasn't impacted its effectiveness. It's well worth the price!

I am a 74 yr old senior and this is great for strengthening my hand, fingers and I can feel it strengthening all the way up to my shoulders, my husband adjusted the tension for me and it works great. Great product for the money.

Works fine, instructions are clear, anyone complaining about the adjusting wheel not working hasn't read the instructions.

Hard to adjust and ergonomically impossible. How this cheap plastic gimmick ever got a good rating is a mystery to me. A complete waste of money.

Good value and if I could find it would still use it. Some users may want more resistance than even the hardest setting, but those are available as well.

These grippers have an advantage that others do not: The plastic bar that you wrap your fingers around is straight, not curved. That means that your little finger can get as good a workout as your other fingers. I highly recommend this product
