However, this time the box arrived in poor condition and the product is nearly expired, plus one of the jars looks odd and appears to be damaged. 😩😤😓Last year: I’m thrilled with this Nutree Amazonliss kit! It arrived super quickly and was very well protected, which is always a plus. As soon as I opened it, I loved the scent: it’s light, pleasant, and not overpowering. It also comes with its own gloves, making the application much easier. I plan to try it with my mom, who has a lot of frizz, because I’m confident it will work wonders on her hair. I’ve already used other products from this brand, and they’ve always given me excellent results, so I trust this treatment will be perfect. I followed the lengthy directions left in another review, including waiting three days to rinse out the keratin before using the conditioning mask. I am very pleased with the results. I did flat iron each strand at least 5-10 times, more at the root, and touched up daily before I rinsed out the keratin. On day three, no touch up was needed (but I did it anyway).I like to leave my long wavy/frizzy hair to air dry, but as soon as I comb it or brush it after it's dry, it's just a big frizzy mountain of fluff. After the treatment, a week of washing later, my hair is very straight without blowdrying it, and I can now comb it without it frizzing up. The odor of during application, blow drying, and flat ironing is very strong and concentrated. The concentration stung my eyes and nose a little. I am one not to tolerate strong smells and odors, but with windows open, and blowing drying away from my face and head, I had no adverse physical reactions (such as a later headache) to the smell.Because of the long length and thickness of my hair, one kit of was just enough to coat my hair. I have plenty of the shampoo and mask left. I will use up the mask as conditioner, but have no use for the extra shampoo. Also the process took me closer to four hours (blowdrying my hair twice and then flat ironing it). If this lasts four months or longer, I will re do it as necessary. If it lasts fewer than three months, I'm not sure I will be a repeat customer. Either way, I will update this review in that regard.If you can invest the time, follow the directions in the review, and can survive not washing your hair for three days (I did use a dry shampoo on the second day which held me through the third day), then I recommend the kit to those of you that are the DIY sort.

If you’re on the fence, just buy it. My natural hair has been very unmanageable and frizzy ever since I can remember, and only looked silky, put-together, and soft after having tons of heat applied to it.This treatment took away 90% of my frizz and poof and my hair feels silky smooth right out of the shower. Minimal heat is needed to style, and it takes much less time. It feels more comfortable wearing my hair down since it’s so much more manageable.I only have 4 stars because the fumes from this treatment were AWFUL. I was coughing and tearing up even in a large room with plenty of ventilation. Next time I’ll pack up my supplies and do the treatment outside for more ventilation, because I’ll definitely purchase again.

My natural hair is wavy and frizzy. My bangs always curl up. This producr definitely works- my hair dries silky soft, the bangs dry pin straight, and the rest of my hair with just a slight wave. Its easy to style. It took me an hour.Cons:1. The chemical smell is SO strong. I did the process with squinted, burning eyes, tears running down my face and throat burning.2. It is almost impossible to brush your hair after using the wash (step 1). Awful.3. It bleached my hair where i previously had color, as well as portions of my eyebrows. I dont mind bc im getting my hair done soon, but it definitely lightened my hair.I will try a different one next time.
