Fab!! So easy to remove cap, can take a few minutes for the edges to unfreeze if overfilled but great product!!! Me and my partner love them!!

Difficult to use.
My daughter found this product difficult to remove from the plastic cup once frozen. Not very impressed.

Tricky to separate once frozen
This has proven very effective to help with inflammation caused by tennis elbow. My husband has used it a couple of times and finds it easy to use and it helps cool the area quickly. The only issue is once frozen it is tricky separating the ice cup from it's holder.
