These vegan broth cubes are delicious. I really think this is better than real chicken broth. I use it in many of my recipes which call for chicken broth. This broth has a light flavor and is delicately seasoned. It works for soups and for cooking fresh vegetables such as green beans, potatoes for mashed potatoes, etc. We have one family member who is vegan and at holidays I use this to make dishes vegan without losing taste and flavor. Everyone likes it, vegan or not. It's low sodium and is identical in texture to chicken broth. Simple to use, as all you do is dissolve the cube in hot water. Easy peasy.

This brings good flavor into my cooking! It lasts. I use half a cube per two cups! I don’t need to use much salt since this has salt in it already, so that helps!

How do they taste so good! Rich flavors and vegan. 1 large cube is for 2 cups. Dissolve easily. Best to get on sale. Would love to see a mushroom flavor please

They hit it out of the park with these. I actually prefer them over traditional stock cubes now. I just went pescatarian, and these have helped greatly in avoiding land meat. 5 stars all day..

Sodium is very high but it doesn’t taste nearly as salty as other bullion bases.

So good! Better than expected and dissolves easily. Extremely tasty and not laden with sodium.Highly recommend!
