1. Great Customer Service! This was amazing and I was surprised! They were able to remotely resolve my issue! Really surprised to see a product in India leveraging the right tech for their service. 2. Though, a self-service manual/documentation would be helpful. 3. Most of the stuff was easy to figure out but still the interface can be improved.

Pathetic machine. Their software is useless. Response very pathetic. Even after paying for software for extra , their software dont work. Plz never ever try to buy this useless machine.

The system is working perfectly. We have enrolled over 100 employees, and every punch is recorded accurately. The biggest advantage is the cloud-based management, which is also very economical. We are using a total of 5 team office devices, and all are functioning smoothly. Highly recommended to all. Customer support is also very polite and helpful.

Hardware is acceptable , Cloud Software and Desktop Software are not oriented for international companies , no Manual , youtube Video are in Indian Language , Customer Service is not Qualified , only Indian mobile number needs to be used to get the ( OTP ) , Currency listed is Rupies , Software is having a lot of shortcut phrases which is not clear …… overall not Satisfactory if it has to be used outside India

Does not work. We tried for many days. Even got a technician and paid him $140 to install it. He was unable to do it. He told us there is a defect in the device. The instructions are also not there. Not happy with the purchase at all.
