I was sad when our local nut and bolt vendor stopped carrying these types of zip ties designed to be screwed in to hold them. They work well when used properly. I installed some lighting on my Jeep and these allowed me to secure wiring in places where otherwise it would not have been possible I simply used some stainless self drilling screws and they hold the wire exactly where I want it.

Good stuff! I use plenty of tie wraps in my electronics projects. Sometimes, I use staples with the wire ties to hold them in place. I've never seen or heard of these before. I tried them and love them! They've made my most recent project very tidy!Edit: Added new photos of yet another project where these things were great!

these tie raps work very well when you need to fasten a cable to a wall with the screw mount mold connection on these tie's, they are strong enough to bundle cables that will fit into the entire wrap to the second lock, When you need to fasten cables to a wall these are the ones to use.DALE

Looked high and low for something that would work on our fishing rods to hook lures to so we do not have then get all tangled up with other rods or get stuck in the carpet on the boat floor.I love to think outside the box for solutions and was happy to find these.

They do exactly what they are intended for. I would suggest that the entry for the screw hole be on the opposite side. If you are mounting a cable on to a flat surface you have to insert the end before screwing down completely or you will not be able to get the end into the hole.

They are expensive. They're expensive everywhere. Black ones are uv rated and have a longer shelf life.

if you want to hide wiring,etc. these ties with a self tapping screw will clean up your installs for no money. highly rec. plus the price is right.

As with most, if you overtighten, they break. Once you learn how tight to make them the fill the bill.
