Lorann flavors are consistently strong and taste great. This raspberry is no different! There is a reason they are the “go to” brand for candy flavoring.This size is a great buy if you want to try them out. Each bottle contains one teaspoon. (Enough for about one recipe per bottle…)

The bottle, while compact and easy to store, can be a bit tricky to open, especially if you have wet hands. It's a minor inconvenience, but something that could be improved.Overall, the LorAnn Strawberry SS Flavor is a high-quality product that I would recommend to any home cook or professional chef looking to add a burst of strawberry flavor to their creations. Despite the minor packaging issue, it's a great value for the price and a wonderful addition to any kitchen.

When used properly, and by that I mean no more than a couple of capfuls per 8oz of powdered sugar, this will take your vanilla buttercream to another level. I use two sorts of vanilla to make my buttercream; vanilla extract for depth and vanilla flavoring in order to recall our childhood memories of vanilla. I then use this marshmallow flavoring to round everything out, it brings a sweetness and, if you can imagine, a 'fluffy' flavor... it is, in short, no pun intended, the icing on the cake! Just use sparingly and if possible give your buttercream a few hours for the flavors to develop! Heaven!

Very small presentation, but it's okay, they send 2 bottles, very good about the expiration date. I recommend it. I suggest that the essence be just aroma and flavor without color. because there are mixtures that should not have color.

Excellent flavoring! I used it for flavored whipped cream and only needed a few drops for a whole pint of whipping cream. Careful not to use too much.
