Bought as it states solar. No instructions and there is a 2 point pin on end. No idea where that is supposed to go. It is NOT SOLAR!! FALSE ADVERTISING. Will get my own solar pump. Have asked them to send me a solar pump but no reply.

I specifically purchased this as it said several times that it was solar, but when it arrived it was mains powered and not suitable for uk mains. Also, it did not come with any instructions of how to install. On this page it said that the tube was already attached but it wasn’t. After a while I eventually figured out how it all went together. Luckily I was able to install it to my filter unit but the tube that came with it is too short so I have to go and buy a new tube that is longer so I can put where I originally wanted it to go. Also it does make a clunk sound when it’s dumped all the water and comes back down. After a while this does come a bit annoying so I have softened the sound with some foam which I need to cut and adapt. Once it has all been sorted it will look a lovely feature. I wouldn’t buy again or recommend this to anyone. Not great value for money. The quality is very good to be honest and is made of real solid bamboo. Just a bit disappointing that they have Falsely advertised a product that they are displaying.

The fountain is very nice, easy to assemble.Only 3 stars because the description is incorrect and it is not solar (I knew this before buying from a previous review) and comes with US plug, but correct voltage of the pump.The parts need some well pushing/light hammering into place, but when correctly assembled the fountain is beautiful.

Took a while to get in the right position without the water flowing the wrong way but once we figured it out we’re pleased with the results

NOT SOLAR POWERED. Arrived completely covered in mould, and no solar panel. The seller did eventually send me a panel and fixings but it was for a different product. I've assembled it and using it as an ornament but I've bought a different water feature instead.

Is NOT solar and has no assembly instructions

No instruction! Impossible to put together. No solar plate which it was supposed to have. Has plug that does not fit any British standard. Cannot even find out how to contact seller to return. Total waste of money and time!

I like the design very much and the feature seems to be of sound quality. All say main not solar and therefore wrongly described. Is this feature avlaible without mains pump as happy to purchase solar powered pump. Also could overall dimensions be given.
