Update:Palidone is sending us another puzzle to make up for the missing piece. Hopefully this new one will be complete and not missing a piece. They did get back to me right away and wanted to fix this situation. Thank you for your prompt response!03/03/21When we finally finished the puzzle we realized there was a missing piece in the middle AND we had a duplicate piece too. It looks like they made a mistake and gave us an incomplete puzzle which is so disappointing since it was a challenging puzzle and took us a good amount of time to put it together. This was my husband’s Xmas present and I’m so sad he couldn’t complete it. I missed my return window too.

Doing puzzles over Christmas break is one of my favorite self-care projects! It helps me focus on a mundane task and I get to see a great picture when I am finished! This one is harder than it looks! Great quality and challenging.

Very challenging puzzle! Had to use some errors made to start narrowing down where things went. Ended up somehow with a repeat piece that had been just slightly cut differently so I almost didn't notice, 3 pieces missing, and 2 physical creases on the right side of the puzzle that go almost the whole height of it.Besides the issues with pieces it was a very challenging puzzle and I would have happily rated it 5 stars had all the pieces been there and correct.Have had it since February in the box and bag so no pieces could have been lost. Just now in August getting it together so can't even do anything now about it being incomplete.

Perfect for the Harry Potter fan. Our daughter completed it and left it on the table for almost a year. Very good quality with outstanding appearance. It is mid-level difficulty. The pieces have clean cut edges which make it easy to determine if the puzzle pieces are correctly placed.

I got this as gift for my best friend who was deployed overseas. She is a big Harry Potter fan and was so excited to tackle it! She said it was super easy to assemble but a great time killer for those boring days with nothing to do. The quality was better than expected and the color was vibrant! I’m not sure how thick it was or how big it was but she seemed very satisfied with it!

Very challenging and took us most evenings for about 2 weeks. My kids loved putting this together with me, even though it got stressful at times! Definitely fun and worth it!
