I've purchased this 6-7 times, continuously since I first tried it! When I tried it I had terrible pain in my knee which doctors said was actually coming from my hip. IDK if I believe that, but I could not walk on it and was elevating it and icing it on and off around the clock. It hurt terribly even when I stayed off it. I have a lot of medical problems and injuries but my knee pain decreased significantly after taking this for 5-6 days. I can't be sure if this supplement made that happen but being as I have a shoulder injury (which also improved some) and terrible back pain I'm going to stay with it. Sadly my back pain which has nerve involvement didn't improve. I got it for my husband and mother and recommended it to other family members. It's definitely worth trying IMO as it isn't expensive and it's just one small caplet a day.

Our doctor reccomended i use this for joint stiffness and it works great. It also lessened the pain associated. I've been using it for a month and feel a noticeable difference in my joints, less stiffness and pain. One small tablet each day was all it takes to keep joints moving.

Standard “Move Free Glucosamine” pills work better for me for some reason. Once the pain returned, I went back to the traditional ones. Hard to know how to rate. If it would have worked for me, I’d have given 5 stars. Yes, these were tempting with the smaller size.
