Easy to use compared to medical syringes

The quality is pathetic, after 2-3 uses the feeding pipe came out while feeding the goat, luckily it didn't went down her throat, after contacting amazon customer care I got an assurance of replacement or refund within 3 working days but i didn't got any. Never expected a false promise from amazon atleast. Now the feeder is lying in my junk stock, complete waste of money.
