Great product
This is impressive!! Very sturdy ! I bought it for a kid who is crazy about skeletons. He put it together with his dad and he is so happy with it! I got him charts with bone names and he actually plays with this memorizing the bone names!! The articulations are flexible so he moves them around . It’s very educational and the stand is excellent for displaying it!!

Best study tool!!!
I was so tired of flipping flashcards to learn the origins, insertions and actions of the muscles for OT school and getting nowhere, so I decided to invest in this guy. This made studying more fun, and it’s the only method that made things stick in way less time. He is a little top heavy, but I put a 5 lbs weight on the stand to prevent tipping, and he doesn’t do much internal/external rotation, but he is fully functional otherwise. I’m so grateful for this study tool❤️

Used for study
Good enough size to study. The only thing is I would have like the smaller bones to be more detailed.

Nice model; flimsy stand
If you are a teacher on a budget, this would make a good classroom visual aid. It’s accurate and big enough to see, even though it’s not full-sized. It also comes with a very nice anatomical poster for the classroom. Assembly was simple- you just have to attach the legs. I’m retired now, but after decades of teaching Biology, I just like skeletons. So I got him for a holiday decoration. He is now our friend Lumbar Jack. But the stand he came with was flimsy plastic. It broke the first day. Knowing that this is an inexpensive item, I saw little point in sending it back to exchange it for another one, with a similarly flimsy stand. So I bought a wood plaque at a craft store and, with very little trouble, made a new stand for it- see picture.

New Addition to Our Pilates Gym
This was very easy to assemble. The location for tendon and ligament attachment sites are accurate according to my wife. It makes for a great demonstration tool when instructing in Pilates according to my wife.

Missing rod and cheap plastic base.
Fortunately the it came without a rod so I had to return it. Also I couldn't get over how the base was this light plastic disk, hollow like a lid. I don't know how it would hold it up and judging from some reviews it doesn't. Anyway, I couldn't find anything else on Amazon so I searched elsewhere. I found one on American Science Surplus of much better quality with a sturdy metal base. It was only about $20 more. The only thing is, like the one in my drawing class, the head hangs down a little but it was a very easy correction with a ball of kneaded eraser, but soft putty would work or even a big wad of gum.

Bought this for anatomy learning. The quality is like 5 dollar toy. Don't waste your money on it.
